Oh yeah, usually. I compared a few models before buying my stove and BonPrix was easily a couple hundred bucks cheaper for a similar open-box model compared to new at Home Depot.

I'm pretty sure they do deliver outside the Montreal area, but you'd probably have to check the exact cost on their site for QC. For installation, I think it's usually an add-on, not always included.

They do have a return policy for open-box, it's pretty standard for that kind of product. Not as flexible as new items from like Best Buy, but not super strict either. You should check their site for the specifics but I remember it being okay.
